  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us with photos of the issue.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
